The tip411 Admin app includes the following features:
- View anonymous tips that are submitted by citizens
- Reply to tipsters and add notes to tips
- Receive push notifications when there is new tip activity by the tipster
- Publish alerts and include photos with alerts*
- Use a fingerprint or facial scan to sign in to the app
*Alerts feature only available for tip411 Pro customers.
Below is some additional information to help you use the tip411 Admin app:
- Use your existing tip411 login information (email/password) to login in to the tip411 Admin app
- To update the data on the Alerts and Tips screens, just swipe/pull down on the page and the report will update with the current data
- Before you use the Search feature on the Tips and Alerts page, click on the Filter icon to view/update the search parameters
- If you need to access the Alert Group or People section, you will need to use the tip411 website.
